This is a savory toast with very Indian flavors and spices but very good one at that.

As most of you know chickpea flour or besan is often used as egg substitute in India for savory recipes. Slightly runny chickpea slurry behaves like egg and makes this savory french toast fluffy and soft with crispy edges. It is so delicious when eaten hot.

Add veggies, seasoning and veggies to this batter. Mix well. Dip the bread slices and toast in a hot skillet with some oil. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
